Students can request a refund within 30 days when the course has not been substantially consumed and the request meets our platform review criteria.
Refunds are reviewed for duplicate purchases, accidental enrollments, technical access problems, and courses that do not match their published description.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
Creator earnings are finalized after the refund window, helping protect both students and teachers.
