The ground rules for using VeoLMS. These terms cover your account, how courses and content may be used, payments, and the limits of our responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VeoLMS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Courses and Content

All courses and educational content on VeoLMS are owned by their respective instructors or VeoLMS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access courses for personal learning purposes. You may not:

  • Download, record, or redistribute course content without permission
  • Share your account credentials to give others access to paid content
  • Use course content for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from course materials

4. Payments and Refunds

Course purchases are processed through our secure payment partners. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their specific terms and may expire without notice.

For subscription services, billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of VeoLMS. User-generated content, including course reviews and forum posts, remains your property, but you grant VeoLMS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with Platform operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeoLMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
